Profiles Forms

There are two kinds of profiles. A Search Committee completes a Local Church Profile to be shared with potential Ministerial Candidates.

Also, UCC ministers must complete a Ministerial Profile which is submitted to the National Profile Office in Cleveland for circulation to Conferences and then to Search Committees.
