Compensation Guidelines

The Compensation Guidelines are created by the Conference Church and Ministry Committee. Although they are considered guidelines, the Committee affirms the importance of compensating our pastors fairly, which includes not only monetarily, but through encouraging vacations, continuing education, etc.
